whenUrent.co.uk has reached its target for February and now holds over 250 reviewed properties within Canterbury, well in excess of 10 percent of all student only properties in the city. We've been able to speak to loads of students since the beginning of Spring term and have really started to see patterns emerging as to what issues tenants face in different areas of the city, with different landlords and agents and in varying standards of properties. With a wealth of reviewed properties now on the site, students are now able to conduct searches to find houses, landlords and areas that have been highly rated, giving them the choice which is needed when it comes to finding that perfect private rental home.Keep an eye on the site over the next month as we've got a lot of new features and facilities which are going to be implemented, enhancing the usability and giving you access to even more information!
